Highly respected restorative dentist Dr Ed Boursin joins Bath Spa Dentistry

Ed started his career in hospital dentistry working in various hospitals around the country where he achieved his Fellowship in Oral Facial Surgery. Two ski seasons later he returned to full time study and gained his MSc in Restorative Dentistry from Newcastle University.

He then honed his skills in advanced restorative and cosmetic dentistry for the next eight years in a London based practice very similar to Bath Spa Dentistry.

"I am very excited about joining Bath Spa Dentistry, and particularly to be working with Dermot" he adds, "Dermot is a very experienced implantologist and cosmetic dentist and I believe my skills in advanced restorative and cosmetic dentistry perfectly compliment his".

As well as his MSc in restorative dentistry, Ed also has a Fellowship in Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons in Glasgow and has had several papers published in the dental press.

At present Ed is also continuing to refine his implant skills through attending a two year academic and clinical postgraduate course, which will lead to the registerable qualification of Diploma in Implantology from the Royal College of Surgeons, London.

Ed is already making his mark on the practice as testimonials from patients show.
