Veneers
Veneers are thin slivers of porcelain, which are permanently bonded to the front surface of the teeth. They can be used to change the shape, size and colour of teeth with little or no need for filing. Veneers usually last for 10 – 15 years.
The process of making veneers can take from two to six weeks. Your dentist will prepare the teeth (if required) , take impressions, place temporary veneers and wait for the laboratory to construct the permanent veneers. A try-in appointment may also be necessary to check you are happy with the size, shape and colour of your new teeth.
